My name is Erika Picard and I have been a Pinellas County resident for over 30 years (specifically Tarpon, Palm Harbor/East Lake, Dunedin, Clearwater/Countryside, and Safety Harbor areas).  I am a licensed real estate agent, have a Master’s degree in school counseling and a Bachelor’s degree in elementary education.  My educational background and passion for people allow me to better understand my clients and what they are looking for when searching for their new home.  Since I have resided here most of my life, I have built a wide network of resources to offer my clients.  I look forward to working with you and finding the right home for your family.
